Here goes the Homemade Yam Cupcake 

It is easy to be make and delicious 

Maybe you can try it out by baking yourself too (^_^)

Ingredients: 

A 

- Water 60ml 

- Yeast 1 Tablespoon 

- Low Protein Flour 3 Tablespoon 

B 

- Yam 150g (Steam first)

- Double Actions Baking Powder 1 Tablesppin

- Yam Powder Flavoring 1 Tablesppon

- Low Protein Flour 200g

- Sugar 150g

C

- Coconut Milk 200ml 

• Firstly, mix A ingredient well and leave it for 10 minutes
• Secondly, mix ingredient B and add in ingredient A, mix it well. 
• Thirdly, mix the ingredient with ingredient C. 
• After mixing all the ingredient, leave it for 30- 40 minutes
• Then, put it in the paper cupcake and tray, steam it for 15 minutes.
